Our goal is to develop, evaluate, and provide educational materials, and related course/training programs for emergency providers in an effort to decrease medical error in the pediatric emergency setting.
**Special Note**
To add anecdotal information to our studies of pediatric patient safety in the ED setting, especially as it applies to resuscitation tools, we are asking for any information regarding comments made or citations given regarding these issues by regulatory or credentialing agencies. We are also interested in how EDs are dealing with the removal of the infusion section on the latest version of the Broselow Tape.
